About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agency Business Partner to join our team. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies that drive business growth, delegating tasks based on team member strengths and skills, and providing training to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Analyze sales results to identify areas for improvement
- Identify and recruit new talent to strengthen the team
- Provide guidance on sales opportunities and support team members in resolving issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in the BFSI sector
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor a team
- Excellent selling and social networking skills
- Fluency in the local language and excellent communication skills
What We Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
