Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager – B2B Sales and OEM Development

Location: Panjrapole, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹5.5 LPA (Estimated)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients, retain existing customers, and drive new business development.

This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring repeat business, and exploring potential opportunities in the B2B and OEM sales segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with key existing clients through regular interactions and follow-ups.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt resolutions to build trust and satisfaction.
    • Engage potential clients to introduce the company's products and services, generating new business opportunities.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales while contributing to overall business growth.
    • Generate Sales revenue through our existing clients, through our existing and new dealers and distributor networks.
    • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product benefits.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback using the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com), BSc.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in B2B, OEM, or channel sales.
    • Hands-on experience in managing key accounts and driving customer retention.
    • Experience with industrial products such as pipes, valves, filters, pumps, pharmaceutical equipment, or chemical products is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
