Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion by effectively managing the sales funnel. This includes achieving sales targets on a monthly basis through a team of 6 to 10 designers.

  • Sales Funnel Management: Ensure optimal conversion rates by streamlining sales processes.
  • Target Achievement: Drive new project bookings to reach 12-15 projects per month.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Design Team Enablement: Train and equip designers to meet their sales targets.

External Skills And Expertise:

  • A bachelor's degree in architecture (preferred) or relevant industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C business development and growth.
  • Minimum 12 months of managerial experience leading a team.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
