We are seeking a skilled Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team at TIGI HR. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to take on new challenges and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective negotiation and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within set timelines.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
