Key Account Growth Specialist

VasyERP is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Bilateralize existing client relationships and establish new partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Leverage CRM tools to optimize sales pipeline management
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on business development and account management
- Demonstrated success in negotiating deals and closing sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
