Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record of lead generation and target achievement. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong customer relationships with target accounts, focusing on International markets and Service-based companies. You will work closely with the Sales Team to achieve assigned digital sales quotas and contribute to overall team targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and target achievement through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain consistent, timely, and high-quality reporting to meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to team effectiveness and overall business strategies by understanding the company's goals and purpose.
  • Work independently with minimal guidance and adapt to flexible work timings.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
  • B.Tech/B.E. in IT, BBA/MBA, or other relevant qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
