About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Stryker India Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our key accounts across various business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with major customers, delivering high value and ensuring loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Play a key role in new business pitches to C-Suite/Senior Executives and Group Purchasing Organizations.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for key accounts, driving alignment within the organization to implement a customer-centric approach.
  • Champion and own key accounts, focusing on strategy, business model, order-to-cash cycle, product usage, and customer expectations.
  • Communicate account strategy through business plans, aligning senior leadership and mobilizing resources as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with strong academic credentials and a Master's in Business Administration from a renowned B School.
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of building and maintaining key business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business sense and ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Drive and assertiveness for results, with a willingness to take responsibilities and lead territory with minimal supervision.
