Business Development Executive

The Role

Challenge Technolabs is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to spearhead our business growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct linkages, online portals, and other channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Collaborate with the project team to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
• Manage and maintain accurate records of business development activities, including sales pipelines, client interactions, and market research

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and business development principles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
