Business Development is crucial for company growth, and as a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales growth by developing strategic plans, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. This role requires a go-getter with a strong persuasive ability to influence decision-makers and a keen eye for spotting business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C business development in the US and/or European market for a software company
  • Persuasion skills to formulate and communicate an effective pitch
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relations with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • End-to-end sales skills including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, closing, and negotiation
  • Ability to hustle and go the extra mile to achieve sales goals
