Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team at XDuce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers at target companies, including CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns to acquire new business leads and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains effective and competitive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track sales progress, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

Requirements:



  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
