Strategic Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team at XDuce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers at target companies, including CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs.
- Develop and execute sales campaigns to acquire new business leads and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains effective and competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track sales progress, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
