Strategic Business Development Specialist

At HOPS HEALTHCARE, we are seeking a Strategic Business Development Specialist to play a key role in the implementation of documentation and project across the Analytics Platform and products team. This individual will provide guidance and support for projects and initiatives, creating and documenting solution blueprints and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for defining reporting structures to management and coordinating project input
- Preparing and delivering process flows
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and functional specifications
Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes and requirements, and testing methodologies
- Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Requirement Gathering, BRD, FRD, SRS, and Flowchart
