Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive

About Us: Techtic Technolab Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of IT solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Business Development Executive to help us expand our business and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT software services industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Generate and identify new sales leads and pitch to prospects about the services we offer.
  • Write proposals for prospective clients and report to the Manager.
  • Arrange post-sales support to clients and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Study clients' existing technology/systems and consult them on the most appropriate process to ensure seamless integration of our solution.
  • Provide strategic inputs for the business based on interactions with clients.
  • Maintain daily sales reports.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 25 years of experience in Strategy Lead Generation Consulting and Business Development for IT Software services industry.
  • Good understanding of the complete lifecycle of Custom Web designing Web Application Development Application Reengineering and Software development.
  • Understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Experience in generating leads, handling inbound leads, strong follow-up skills, business understanding, and ability to answer client queries.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google search, and other sales tools.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
