Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our services to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue from key accounts.
  • Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client interaction and service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in insurance sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client issues efficiently.
