About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at NowFloats. As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, contract renewal, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and execute plans.
- Generate accurate forecasts and sales activity reports as required.
- Present products and services to clients to generate revenue growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing environments such as sales, account management, or similar roles.
- Prior quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, technology product sales, or similar fields.
- Experience developing new business and enhancing strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent leading KPIs related to customer acquisition and retention.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree or any related field.
Salary Estimate: ₹9,00,000 - ₹14,00,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
