We are a dynamic research company looking for a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as Director of Sales and Revenue Growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve business objectives, including quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue and meet or exceed corporate goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth, analyze regional trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, select, and train top sales talent to ensure the success of our sales team.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver training programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Management: Regularly review and provide constructive feedback to sales team members to improve performance and drive results.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and review annual budgets for the sales department, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive results.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
