Job Description: The Deputy General Manager will lead and manage RCM operations at scale, driving efficiency and optimizing processes to meet business and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Oversee RCM operations for a large team (500+ employees) with at least 12+ years of experience in operations management.\
  • Ensure the team meets client metrics and organizational goals by reviewing and optimizing productivity and quality standards.\
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.\
  • Assist senior leadership in managing staffing levels, ensuring alignment with business needs.\
  • Handle month-end reporting, client invoicing, and budget forecasting.\
  • Monitor escalated issues and support resolution to maintain smooth operations and client satisfaction.\
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve RCM workflows and achieve organizational revenue cycle goals.\
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to implement technology solutions that drive performance and revenue growth.\\[/ul]\

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in operations, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management.\
  • Proven leadership in managing large teams and driving operational success.\
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high client satisfaction and handle client escalations effectively.\\[/ul]\

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
