Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with our organizational goals and market trends. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.
  • Talent Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and achieve success.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market data, customer insights, and competition to develop effective strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Effectively cross-sell and upsell services to maximize customer value and revenue.
  • New Business Development: Proactively engage in outbound activities such as cold calling, networking, and lead follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • IT Service Sales Experience: More than 7+ years of experience in IT service sales, with a proven track record of managing sales teams.
  • International Sales: Strong understanding of international sales and ability to develop and execute global sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technological Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of technologies and their benefits, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree in IT or a related field.
