OmniMD Telesales Manager Role

At OmniMD, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our telesales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales managers to develop and refine effective telesales strategies.
- Lead and manage the SDR team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales scripts and customer response templates to guide telesales representatives.
- Implement and execute sales strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
