Job Description

The Pacific Group of Companies is seeking an experienced International Sales Director to lead our global sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and developing strong relationships with distributors and clients across the globe.

Average Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in international markets
- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients across the globe
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
