Job Title: International Sales Director

 

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to lead our international sales team at Intech Systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the international market.

You will work closely with our operations team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B and B2C sectors, converting leads into sales, and ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the international market.
  2. Lead and manage the international sales team.
  3. Work closely with operations team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales plans.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the B2B and B2C sectors.
  5. Convert leads into sales and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
  6. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in an international market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics Products and CRM systems is a plus.
