About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team in the Ahmedabad market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and retail relationships, and executing strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Ahmedabad market, focusing on growing sales revenue and expanding our market presence.
  • Distributor & Retail Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring timely delivery of products and optimal pricing structures.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; MBA with Marketing preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG / Cosmetics / Personal Care industry.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati languages.
