About the Role


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Pan India and drive business growth through listing of correct identification, promotion planning and activations basis primary data analysis of the identified market territory.


This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across Enterprise Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that meet budgeted targets.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at existing and potential customers
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and customer needs to senior leadership
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
