Sales Strategy and Execution

As a key member of the DS Group team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region. Your primary objective will be to increase market share and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and implementing effective sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and other stakeholders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
* Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales plans and strategies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
