Job Title: Senior Sales Leader

Job Purpose

As a key member of our sales team at ARDOR TALENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, the Senior Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive portfolio growth.
  • Lead efforts in acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets to support business growth.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring high-quality asset management and addressing early warning signs.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

Experience: 7-10 years in sales with strong leadership skills and experience in managing large business clients.
