Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer Leader to manage sales in Gujrat and Daman and Diu. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key end customers, OEMs, and specialist channel partners. This role will involve working under the supervision of the West Business Incharge to achieve defined key goals, including sales turnover, profitability, new product growth, and key territory growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales in Gujrat and Daman and Diu, including key end customers, OEMs, and specialist channel partners.
  2. Work under the supervision of the West Business Incharge to achieve defined key goals, including sales turnover, profitability, new product growth, and key territory growth.
  3. Provide techno-commercial support to all customers.
  4. Handle channel partners in Gujrat and Daman and Diu and expand business through channels.
  5. Prepare weekly visit plans to serve existing customers and add new customers to the portfolio.
  6. Prepare monthly sales projections in view of annual sales targets.
  7. Retrain existing customers and focus on generating more revenue from them.
  8. Provide after-sales support to customers in close coordination with the service team.
  9. Keep a close eye on competitor activities and develop a sound strategy to counter competition.

Requirements:

  • A Sales & Business Development Professional with a degree in BE or Btech (Mechanical engineers preferred).
  • 4-8 years of experience in selling, preferably working for companies within the Industrial manufactured products sales vertical.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi is essential.
  • A high degree of competence in presentation and customer handling is required.
  • Must be comfortable with CRM tools like ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.
