Job Title: Director of International Business

At Arbelos Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Director of International Business to lead our global sales efforts. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong background in international markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international markets to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape in target regions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in international markets to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the international sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies and ensure product offerings meet market demands.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure all international sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements in each target region.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in international sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional negotiation and closing skills, strategic thinking and planning capabilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
