About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at SCHEPPER. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent sales pipeline
  • Foster new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably with 3+ years of experience in sales industry
  • Proven track record of success in full sales cycle, including deal closing and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • CRM experience is highly preferred
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
