We are seeking a seasoned International Sales Strategist to drive the growth of our international business-to-business (B2B) sales. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
- Identifying and generating leads through various channels
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Negotiating contracts and terms with clients
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing regular reports
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- A proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of IT products and services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to strike deals
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
