Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, coordinating with internal teams to quote and win business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients to maximize SOW and reduce churn, ensuring timely payments within the credit period.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell all portfolio services, driving growth and revenue maximization.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and execute account plans to drive growth, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in KAM/retention roles from any industry, preferably in logistics.
  • Hardcore B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hunger for growth and professional development.
