Delhivery Key Accounts Lead for Business Growth

Company Overview: Delhivery Limited is a leading logistics and supply chain management company seeking an experienced Key Accounts Lead to drive business growth.
Estimated Salary: ₹80 lakhs - ₹1.2 crores per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, coordinating with internal teams to quote and win business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with key clients to maximize SOW and reduce churn, ensuring timely payments within the credit period.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell all portfolio services, driving growth and revenue maximization.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and execute account plans to drive growth, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in KAM/retention roles from any industry, preferably in logistics.
- Hardcore B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hunger for growth and professional development.
