**About the Role:**

NowFloats is looking for a talented Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through new business development, renewal, and expansion of existing contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new business development, renewal, and expansion of our existing/new contracts.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue growth.
  • Present Products and Services to your client base to generate revenue growth.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Communicate business reports, including sales updates, to your respective manager.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, account management, or similar roles.
  • Prior quota-carrying sales experience in fields like SaaS sales, B2B sales, technology product sales, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
