Key Account Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Development Manager to oversee and nurture our most important client accounts at CrystalVoxx LLC Accounting Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role requires a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. With 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales, this individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction. Estimated annual salary range: $85,000 - $115,000.
Key Job Functions:
Manage key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and drive business growth.
Prepare and present reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
