We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Development Manager to oversee and nurture our most important client accounts at CrystalVoxx LLC Accounting Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. With 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales, this individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts to achieve revenue growth and client satisfaction. Estimated annual salary range: $85,000 - $115,000.

Key Job Functions:

• Manage key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client objectives.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and drive business growth.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance and client satisfaction.
