Job Summary

EUREKA FORBES seeks a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team of medical sales professionals. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to promote our medications to key healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to effectively promote our medications to key customers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key healthcare professionals to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments in the medical field to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven medical sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent organizational skills, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, persuasive, and resilient.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
