Delhivery Senior Manager Key Accounts Strategy

As a Senior Manager Key Accounts at Delhivery, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-selling all portfolio of services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact to get RFQs from clients and coordinate with internal teams to quote and win business
- Develop relationships with key clients and ensure maximum SOW and reduce churn
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to execute account plans and drive growth
- Ensure payments are made within the credit period
- Work closely with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in KAM/retention roles from any industry, preferably from Logistics
- Hardcore B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hunger for growth and a willingness to take on new challenges
