Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Abbott in Ahmedabad. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve division-wise primary targets and ensure they are equal to or greater than secondary targets.
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share.
  • Ensure zero cases of expiry on stockist shelves by timely liquidation of stocks through prescription generation.
  • Timely share competitor and market information with the ABM and division.
  • Build relationships with customers and stockists.
  • Visit stockists as per defined frequency without deviation.
  • Ensure doctors are appropriately prioritized and met with the right frequency.
  • Leverage managerial, marketing, and support functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships.
  • Plan and monitor new product introduction, stocking as per plan, and sales progress.
  • Provide timely information about new products to stockists.
  • Report field work on a daily basis in the assigned online system.
  • Organize camps (CME) as per division strategy and customer needs.
  • Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per business plan.

Requirements

6+ months of experience. Fresher with good communication skills and analytical skills may also be considered. Required qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharma.
