Job Title: Senior Channel Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Channel Sales Professional to join our team at EC-Council. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth and revenue through effective partnership development and management.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market share in the channel sales segment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to partners on our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in executing sales strategies and achieving business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to enhance our sales capabilities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or MBA with 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the Ed-Tech domain.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Experience in domestic and international markets, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and regulatory requirements.
