Sales Leader for Business Partnerships

Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Sales Strategist to lead our business development efforts at SkillsKraft. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- New Business Identification: Identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across various industries.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Deal Closure: Close sales deals effectively, securing new business partnerships and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience.
- Industry Experience: 1-3 years' prior industry-related business development experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Development Strategies: Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused Individual: Focused and goal-oriented.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
