Revenue Growth Leader - Blockchain Services Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Leader to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge solutions. As our ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of technology products, market research, and consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead overall sales strategy, develop and execute comprehensive Blockchain as a Service strategies, identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, and design and build inbound lead qualifiers and sales strategies. You will also manage forecasts, optimize strategic deployment of funds across sales growth activities, and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 12+ years of progressive experience in deep tech selling digital solutions/B2B Tech with expertise in selling and positioning Blockchain/DLT solutions. You should have hands-on experience in leading Sales teams, managing complex sales cycles, and building expansion interventions. An analytical mindset, international sales experience, and strong understanding of technology products are also essential. A graduate degree and excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Compensation and Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
