Job Summary

This full-time on-site role at Pegasus in Noida involves leading international sales activities, cultivating customer relationships, crafting sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Global Business Development Leader will also be responsible for market research, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills to drive growth
  • Apply experience in international sales, market research, and negotiation to expand business
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an international setting

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
