We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Sales to join our team at Attero, a pioneering metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste.

About Attero:

We are a NASA-recognized organization with operations in India, Europe, and North America. Our mission is to extract pure metals from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries, making us a leader in the e-waste recycling industry.

Your Role:

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market reach and increase revenue in the e-waste industry. This includes identifying and engaging potential clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and foster growth.

You will lead sourcing activities to secure cost-effective and efficient supplies for Attero Recycling's e-waste business, build and manage a high-performing team, and create a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue in the e-waste industry.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and suppliers to enhance business opportunities and foster growth.
  • Lead sourcing activities to secure cost-effective and efficient supplies for Attero Recycling's e-waste business.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve business objectives and targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively, with an innovative approach to structuring deals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Salary: ₹50,00,000 - ₹70,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
