Job Overview

The Regional Business Development Leader will lead the regional business development team, sign up new universities, expand market reach by identifying and negotiating business relationships, and participate in tenders. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Regional Business Development Team
  • Sign up new universities and build market reach by locating, identifying, negotiating, and closing business relationships
  • Expand addressable market - new product introduction (in association with the Product Team)
  • Lead thought leadership in the product innovation cell and position our services to government bodies
  • Participate in tenders, apply for relevant tenders, and work towards closure
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in leading business development functions (higher education, BFSI, telecom, etc.)
  • Exposure to online education regulations and industry
  • Should have led a multi-locational team
  • Language - English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (good to have)
  • Aggressive, target-oriented sales professional
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral (English)
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
Estimated Salary

Rupees Twelve Lakhs per annum plus benefits
