Amar Ujala Web Services is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our North Sales team in achieving outstanding sales targets and revenue growth.

Job Summary:
  • Lead the North Sales team to achieve set sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, focusing on digital advertising products like Intellectual Properties, Branded Content, Podcasts, Integrated Solutions, and Display Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the development and execution of tailored sales strategies to maximize revenue and business growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring superior service and consistent client satisfaction.
  3. Work closely with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
  4. Establish and maintain partnerships with advertising agencies for long-term business collaboration.
  5. Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  6. Monitor team performance and revenue contributions, helping members meet sales goals and providing ongoing training and motivation.
  7. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the sales team.
Requirements:
  • 12-14 years of experience in leading media and digital advertising sales teams within leading media companies.
  • In-depth understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Intellectual Properties, Branded Content, Podcasts, and Display Ads.
  • Excellent relationships with key clients and leading ad agencies, with a proven track record of success in building long-term partnerships.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
