**Job Description:

Team Leadership

As a Strategic Sales Director at Unacademy, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. This includes setting clear sales goals and targets, monitoring team performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure the team achieves their objectives.

Sales Strategy

You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. This involves identifying market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Revenue Growth

The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales volumes. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success.

Sales Operations

As a Strategic Sales Director, you will ensure efficient sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and objectives.

Sales Training and Development

You will provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team, staying updated on industry best practices and sharing knowledge with the team to enhance their skills and performance.

Budget Management

You will develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring expense control and resource allocation to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Customer Focus
