Job Summary

This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in sales management and business development, particularly in the education or edtech sector.

  • Salary: ₹50 Lakhs - ₹60 Lakhs per annum
About the Role

The Sales Manager will oversee and manage the daily sales activities to meet and exceed targets, develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business success, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

This position involves leading and mentoring a sales team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the edtech or education industry.
  • Experience in team handling and leadership.
