Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in India.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key players in the solar energy sector.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the solar energy sector and its trends.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
