About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Director to join our team at Innovaccer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our customer success efforts and ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive business growth and retention
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Lead a team of customer success professionals to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to close deals
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success leadership roles with a strong track record of driving business growth and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients at all levels
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
