Customer Success Director

About the Role
We seek a seasoned Customer Success Director to drive success for our customers in the hospitality and travel technology space. This role will own driving Customer Success outcomes, including Customer Support, Onboarding, Training, and Cross-sell/Up-sell activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth and retention.
- Manage customer support, onboarding, and training programs to ensure seamless adoption.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive customer advocacy and referenceability.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality/travel technology with significant time spent in customer-facing roles.
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution technology and OTAs.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
- Ability to read commercial contracts and understand legal clauses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
