**Job Title:** Area Sales Director
At STAFFIAA, we are seeking an experienced Area Sales Director to lead our Home Loan sales team in Noida. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the assigned area.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience: In sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills: With the ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills: With the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Analytical mindset: With the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: And CRM software.
- Ability to travel: Within the assigned area, as needed.
