**Job Title:** National Sales Director

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the domestic and export markets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Formulate policies and guidelines for channel partners, including dealers, distributors, and stockiest.
  • Monitor competitor activities, demand-supply scenario, and regulatory issues to inform sales strategies.
  • Ensure market share growth through market development, brand management, and business development.
  • Continuously monitor pricing patterns and decide on pricing to ensure highest recoveries.
  • Initiate market intelligence systems to provide monthly information to top management.
  • Evolve policies for field force monitoring and people management.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from business development to receipt of payments.

**Industry:** FMCG/Food Processing

**Qualifications:** Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing (Preferred)

**Key Accountabilities:**

  • Market share growth - Strengthening and expanding distribution network
  • Identification and development of new markets
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Establishing CRM tools and systems
  • Relationship building and customer satisfaction
