Job Title: Regional Sales Director (Home Loan LAP (Affordable))
CTC Upto 20 LPA
Location: Noida UP
Experience: 48 Years in HL LAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats within the assigned area.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
