Location: Noida UP

Experience: 48 Years in HL LAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned area.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats within the assigned area.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.
