Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the NOIDA region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned area.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the NOIDA market and its business environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Good understanding of channel sales and business development
  • Experience in revenue and profit growth
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the NOIDA region
  • Manage and grow the dealer and distributor network in the assigned area
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and ensure timely payment collection
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
